The family of the missing person should head to the nearest police station to report the incident. In this report, they provide needed information on his/her personal data, physical features, any distinguishing marks, health condition, a description of his/her clothes, personal belongings he/she were wearing or carrying on time of disappearance, date, time, place and circumstances of disappearance, as well as his/her frequent whereabouts and personal photos. If the reported person came back, was found, located or any other information were known about him, then this must be reported to the police station in order to take the necessary procedures.

Whoever finds the lost persons / persons lost with amnesia should accompany him/her to the nearest police station and file a report indicating all details pertaining as to how the missing person was found, call the Security Directorate in which jurisdiction the missing person was found, or report on line. An official shall be dispatched to investigate the matter.
