Human rights sector objectivies

• -Enhancing human rights practices by raising awareness among the Ministry personnel.
• -Setting plans and developing programs necessary to support human rights according to national law and constitution, in addition to international instruments which Egypt adopted.
-Communicating with citizens, organizations and institutions concerned with the same field according to the national law.Boosting Police social role through visits to universities and hospitals- participation in events of educational, religious and cultural institutions and national celebrations
• -holding seminars and conferences.
• -Promoting human rights culture among the Ministry personnel through training courses, conferences, seminars, and workshops in coordination with all competent bodies of MOI.
• -Detecting any violation of human rights that may occur in any of the police facilities to be considered and recovered by Information and Public relations Sector.
• -Coordinating with security authorities to oversee reconciliation committees at all Security Directorates. Such committees aim at controlling actions of retaliation and avoiding serious consequences in order to maintain stability all over the country.
• -Inspecting police stations, administrations and sectors that render various services to citizens such as: Traffic- Passports-Civil Status-Work Permits).This inspection aims at ensuring adherence to national law and constitution, and raising awareness of officers and sub officers to achieve their missions with respect to all citizens.
